Construction is scheduled to begin this summer on a mixed-use commercial development in Taylor Mill. The 157-acre development near I-275 will include large retail stores, restaurants, hotels, small service businesses (coffee shops and dry cleaners), and a professional business hub.

Development costs are expected to exceed $5 million, with the project generating 115 new jobs.
Gary Holland, who runs the restaurant group with business partner Ron Rosen, said the new development will be a first-class facility that's convenient for many.
"It's close to the interstate, and it's very convenient to the neighborhoods that we serve in Taylor Mill," Holland said. "We can still deliver to our existing customer base."
