two years ago, Northern Kentucky University
men's soccer coach John Basalyga was called to a meeting at the Highland
Heights Civic
Center, not knowing what
was to be discussed. The meeting Basalyga attended that day two years
ago was
to advise him that NKU and Highland Heights had come to an agreement
that the
school would annex property for a state-of-the-art on-campus soccer
facility.
