American Bar Association President Bill Robinson grew up in Cincinnati and Edgewood, Ky. His background includes several years at a Catholic seminary, a stint in the Army and degrees from what is now Thomas More College and the University of Kentucky Law School.
In the years since he graduated from the University of Kentucky law school in 1971, Robinson has been immersed in vitally important organizations and institutions in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. Last August, he was elected president of the American Bar Association -- the largest voluntary association in the world, with over 400,000 members.
